Before...I am late at getting this posted, but I started the program yesterday. I had a quick physical and then had to give myself the first injection. Hold it like a dart and go for it...yeah, right...I was nervous to stab my leg so it took a couple of times before it went in. After the initial shock it was easy and I didn't feel it at all. Hopefully it all turns out so simple. My starting weight (on the scale at the dr's office) was 294.7. Huge, I know! Can't wait to be much less than that, but all in due time. Also, the dr. taking the picture didn't really give me warning so I look a little crazy...oh well! More to come on Day 2...
