UGH! I will definitely need an apple day...269.5...up 4! I was so naughty at the shower and then at Lonestar Steakhouse where we ate a late dinner. I had some delicious treats at the shower...which I brought from Target. Plus Sarah, my sister, had a yummy blue cheese salad at dinner. That was all Saturday. Today (Sunday) I was good all day until we went to Applebees. I PIGGED out! We'll see what happens tomorrow.
