Day 2

Okay...Day 2...I realize that all scales are going to be different so at home on the scale I've got my weight today is...298. Which doesn't really bother me because as long as the number starts getting smaller I'll know it's working. The 2nd injection was easy breezy. I don't think I'll have a problem with them. I am still in the 3 day gorge phase. Oh, hopefully anyone reading this went to the website and read all about what I'll be doing. The quick version is that I will have 40 injections of the hcg hormone...6 on, 1 off... The first 3 days are called the Gorge period. Eat as much as possible to set my body up for the 500 calories a day I will be eating until it's over. Can't wait...I should lose a pound a day! Happy Wednesday!
