Day 7

Today was the first day without an injection. Weight today...284.5! That's a pound and a half...Bring it on! My arms and legs already feel thinner and my skin looks good, considering I haven't used my usual Mary Kay products to take care of my face. I am sure all the water I have been drinking helps. I want to cut my hair to make a little change, but don't know if I should wait until I loose more weight. I am figuring that because of all the different scales I have lost 8-10 lbs. That's in 1 week! I think also I'll post a picture each Tuesday just to see the results. Can't wait til then...
